QuoteIQ for Money & Growth
Everything so far has been about getting the job estimated and done correctly — this page is about what happens after: getting paid without a reconciliation headache, knowing whether a job actually made money, and getting the next job without starting from zero every time.
Invoicing, Job Costing & Online Payments
Standard invoice creation/tracking, card and ACH payments, and job costing that nets job revenue against labor and material cost. The job-costing piece is the one worth paying attention to — a lot of small shops can tell you whether a job got paid, fewer can tell you whether that specific job was actually profitable once real labor hours and material cost are netted out. That number is what actually tells you whether your pricing is working, not just whether cash came in.
QuickBooks Integration
Syncs with QuickBooks Online. This one goes straight at a specific back-office cost we've flagged on other tool reviews too: someone manually re-entering invoices because the field tool and the accounting system don't talk to each other. That's real office-side time recovered, not a nice-to-have — but it's only in the Pro tier and above, so it's worth checking against the pricing breakdown before assuming it's included.
Review Multiplier
Automated review-request campaigns after a job closes. Getting more reviews is good for a small HVAC shop's visibility, obviously — the honest caveat is that automated review requests sent to everyone regardless of how the job actually went can backfire just as easily as they help, if there's no step that catches an unhappy customer before the request goes out.
Mass Campaigns & AI Website Builder
Bulk text/email to the full contact list, and an AI-generated contractor website (bundled into the Max tier). Both are genuinely useful growth tools for a shop with an existing customer list to re-engage — neither replaces the core job of estimating and dispatching work correctly, which is why we'd weigh these lower in the decision than the categories covered on the other deep-dive pages.
