For a shop without an existing site or any system for staying in touch with past customers, this removes a real barrier — standing up a separate website and a separate email tool is exactly the kind of project that otherwise never gets prioritized.

Automatic incentives when an existing customer refers new business through a referral link. A reasonable low-effort way to formalize word-of-mouth, which is already how most small HVAC shops get a meaningful share of their work anyway — this just gives it a trackable mechanism instead of relying on memory.
Jobber AI Receptionist
An AI chat assistant that answers questions, takes detailed work requests, and books jobs automatically — priced as a separate add-on. This is the newest, least-proven piece of the lineup and we haven't tested it hands-on, so treat this section as a feature description, not a verdict: the real question for an HVAC shop is whether it handles an emergency no-heat call correctly (urgent, same-day) versus a routine maintenance request (can wait) without mishandling the triage — worth confirming carefully during a trial before relying on it unsupervised.
