Pros
- Inventory tracking is the standout feature relative to Jobber or Housecall Pro — knowing what parts, refrigerant, or equipment is actually on a truck versus back at the shop is a real HVAC-specific gap that pure dispatch tools don't touch, and it's adjacent to the recordkeeping problem: knowing what was used on a job, not just that a job happened.
- Reporting features give visibility into patterns (which techs, which job types, which products) that a basic dispatch board doesn't surface.
Cons
- Quote-only pricing makes it hard to comparison-shop before talking to sales — that friction alone pushes some shops toward tools with transparent pricing, even if the product itself would be a good fit.
- Haven't personally run this day-to-day — the inventory feature in particular is worth testing directly rather than taking the feature list at face value.
Worth a serious look specifically if inventory/parts tracking is a pain point on top of dispatch and notes — don't rule it out just because getting a real price takes an extra step.
